What is ARTL PAC?
The Arkansas Right to Life Political Action Committee (ARTL PAC), both the ARTL Federal PAC and the ARTL State PAC, seeks to elect candidates to public office that respect the sanctity of human life. The ARTL PAC is nonpartisan, and its funds are separate from Arkansas Right to Life, Inc.

- a law that will opt Arkansas out of abortion coverage in the Obama Health Care Law,
- a law that will ban web-cam abortions in Arkansas, and
- a law that will ban abortions on an unborn child capable of feeling pain.
